29 Jul 2026 [SRC-082] Stood as baptism witness for his nephew Jan Adriaan at Graaff-Reinet, 16 June 1817, aged about 23. THE FIRST DIRECT EVIDENCE that the root ancestor's siblings were in the same district at the same time - which makes the move to the Koup two years later look like a family movement, not a lone trek.
