*** [20 Aug 2026, SRC-517] HER BAPTISM IS FOUND, AT SWARTLAND. *** Swartland register G5/3/3, page 193: born 19 March 1801, baptised 6 DECEMBER 1802, parents Ockert Oosthuijzen and Susanna Catharina van TonderM, witnesses her brother Jacobus Johannes and her sister Dina Magdalena with Fredrick Smith and Johanna [?Katits]. Birth now exact where this row carried a bare 1801. TWENTY-ONE MONTHS FROM BIRTH TO FONT, which says something about the distance to a church.
AND PER-000352 IS ALMOST CERTAINLY THIS SAME CHILD, its 1802 being this baptism year read as a birth. Not merged - the two carry different FamilySearch ids. LEAD-0259.
[same day] THE 1809 INVENTORY CONFIRMS IT: eleven heirs, one Susanna Johanna, 'oud 8 jaren' - born about 1801. There is no second child of that name, so PER-000352 cannot be a sibling.

Swartland register SRC-517 gives ONE Susanna Johanna, born 19 Mar 1801 and baptised 6 Dec 1802; PER-000352's 1802 was that baptism year taken for a birth year.
