30 Jul 2026, PROBABLE IDENTIFICATION [SRC-124][TREE]: he is the "J.P. Oosthuizen" who took Lot A ("that portion of portion of Rhemhoogte", Kareemoerhoek's parent) by Transfer Deed 341, 25.1.1884 (OWN-000062) - J.D.J. and Mocke's son, brother of Abel Albertus the 1879 grantee. The tree also holds an undated-orphan duplicate "John Peter OosthuizenH" b.1861 (aged 23 in 1884, fits) - probably the same man twice [TO VERIFY].

30 Jul 2026 [FAMILY]: Frans - born 1863, and BROTHER OF FREDERIK SIMON OOSTHUIZEN of Zwartkraal (PER-000006); the tree confirms the brotherhood (both sons of J.D.J. x Sophia Johanna MockeM). Birth year conflict: tree orphan duplicate says 1861,

30 Jul 2026 [FS]: FamilySearch GN66-3MP, 1863-1955 - CONFIRMS Frans's 1863 [FAMILY] against the orphan-duplicate's 1861; birth set 1863, death 1955 new. He outlived the 1937 estate transfers by 18 years.
