(4) Age: seventy nine (79) years 9 months [= born Sep 1823; matches 2 Sep 1823 to the month]. (5) Occupation: RETIRED GENTLEMAN. (6) Married; surviving spouse MARY JANE OOSTHUIZEN (BORN WELCH); previous spouse Sophia Johanna OosthuizenL born Mocke, died. (7) Died 11 June 1903. (8) At No. 7 SCHOONDER ST, CAPETOWN.
