ONE ENTRY, ONE BIRTH DATE, TWO CHILDREN'S NAMES: his and his sister PER-000419's, run together on a single line. This project held both of them on 19 October 1883 from SRC-068 and from the tree without ever seeing the page that says so. The register also settles his second name, which until now stood only on the tree anchor. THE THREE WITNESSES ARE ALL VAN DER WESTHUIZENS, his mother's family, and they account for all four names between them: Hendrik Jacobus for HENDRIK JACOBUS van der Westhuizen, Beatrix for BEATRICE HENRIETTE, Annis for ANNA MARGARETHA. He was six months old at the font and died on 8 December 1884, seven months later.
