[15 Aug 2026, SRC-442] CALLED OCKIE, like his grandfather - and the sharing of the name is the point of the letter that records it. His aunt wrote to correct a caption that had named the boy in a family photograph as Almero: "He shared a name with his elder brother Ockie, who was given the family names Ockert Almero, while young Almero was named after their father."

HE IS ONE OF THE THREE CHILDREN in the studio photograph on the Onse Rus website, with his sisters Ette and Belle.

The January 2011 exchange about Onse Rus names photographs the model has no file for: (1) the broken MARBLE original of Ockert Almero OosthuizenL's gravestone, lying on Vischat, which Frans attached to his own email; (2) a studio photograph of three of the grandchildren - Ette, Ockie and Belle - on the guesthouse website; (3) whatever else that website carries. Can they be got?
