[4 Aug 2026] MOOC8 CANDIDATE. Died 1824, squarely inside the Orphan Chamber inventory range, and no estate paper is held for her. She is the woman Ockert Almero and Adriana Cecilia's eldest daughter was named for, which is how the vernoemingspatroon of 5b was first tested. See the widow discrepancy on her husband PER-000120. [TO VERIFY]

*** [SRC-605] A WIDOW IN 1823, HEADING HER OWN HOUSEHOLD. *** Line 16 enters her as 'JOHANNA JACOMINA SMIT, WEDUWE van wylen JAN LOUIS VENTER'. A year earlier the two of them stood together at line 21 with MIDDEL WATER against them (SRC-559). Her own recorded death of 1824 is not touched by this, but it sits badly with the 1829 Rondavel estate owing money to 'the widow of Jan Louis VenterL'. LEAD-0330.
