Annexed to a Certificate of Amended Title, deed 9311 of 29 Aug 1939, in favour of the joint estate of the late G.M. SteylH born Alberts and her surviving spouse B.L. Steyl. [DIAGRAM] DOC-0113. A CONSOLIDATION OF FOUR PIECES, as the sheet itself lists: (1) eastern part of Klipfontein to B.L. Steyl, 28 Oct 1897, deed 9076, dgm 2127/1897; (2) remainder of Lot C of Roode Els Bosch and Oorlogs Kloof to B.L. Steyl, 14 Jul 1902, deed 1027, dgm 2662/1902; (3) southern part of Schurfte Kopjes to N.J. Marincowitz, 12 Aug 1896, deed 5013, dgm 914/1896; (4) part of portion of Roode Els Bosch and Oorlogs Kloof to G. MarincowitzM, 21 Jun 1879, deed 416, dgm 818/1879. Two of the four are Marincowitz transfers, and Roode Els Bosch and Oorlogs Kloof is our PAR-000066. NAME TRAP: this is NOT Klipfontein No. 171 (PAR-000082).
