SG Dgm 891/1921. Transferred to A. Oosthuizen, 8 July 1921 - almost certainly the same Almero J.H. OosthuizenM [TO VERIFY].

[3 Aug 2026, SRC-248] Beacon report No. 891/1921, J.A. Loubser, 10 March 1921: "Beacon report Elandsfontein, portion of Rondable. 1872-23-208." Beacons D' and E are cairns three and a half feet by three; the line E-A' is fenced and beaconed off, and the corner of that fence produced is a wooden pole serving as a corner beacon. The deed reference 1872-23-208 is the same one DOC-0044 carries for Hartebeest Voedpad, so the two beacon reports belong to one subdivision of Rondabel worked two years apart.

[13 Aug 2026] Renamed to the one form this model uses for every portion - the portion's own name, then the parent farm, its number and the portion in brackets - so that a name is legible in a list, a search result and a map popup without the reader having to know which farm number is which. It read "Elandsfontein (Rondabel Ptn 6)" before. Nothing about the ground changed.

What would settle it The current title deed traced backwards, each transfer names the one before it, or the Surveyor-General's subdivision diagrams, which are what usually explain a farm going quiet.
