[SRC-072] The Oosthuizen whose case before magistrate Meintjes prompted the letter of 19 Nov 1838 (EVT-000103). He had been sent to drive Khoi families off Swanepoel's commonage at Whaai Kraal and the matter went to court. Which Oosthuizen, and how the case ended, are not known [TO VERIFY].
