Louis van Wyk de jonge takes Oude Muragie at the end of the Cango

He took the loan place Oude Murasie 'aan 't end van de Cango' in 1781, beside the later De Rust, and held it until 1786, when it passed to S. Bekker. The same d'Oude Muragie is where the landdrost's party signed on 19 April 1809, four days before inventorying de Modder Fonteyn. [SRC-651 TO VERIFY; SRC-549]
