The facing leaf carries 'Namen der Plaatsen en Erven welke zy bezitten' and 'Waar en op welke afstand van de Drostdy' in hours. The pages number no lines: 'line' in opgaaf_rows is the household's position on the page, and a farm is tied to a household by figures present on both leaves (vines, wagons). *** MODDER FONTYN, read against the page. *** Image 328 (facing 327), 'Modder Fontyn, 30 d[itt]o [uren]', one place in erfpacht, on the row carrying 8500 vines, which on image 327 is the 11th household: SAL[OMON] TERBLANS A[?]z x HESTER MARE, 2 sons 3 daughters. The same ward (its first page, and so its veldcornet, is not in the volume as filmed here; image 327 opens 'Per Transport') has Rode Heuvel 38, Kruys Rivier 34 (Johannes Hendrik Bekker), Misgunst 30 (Daniel Nortier), Schoongezigt 32 (Fredrik Jacobus Botha x Maria Venter), WANHOOP 48 (Johagim Prinslo), Grobe 50 and Het Bad 45 [?]. That is the Olifants River ground.
