Added under the 6 amendment that extends the profile boundary to people related to the land, whether or not they sit in the tree. HIS PLACE IN THE LINE IS NOT ESTABLISHED and is not guessed. He is not otherwise in this model; the surname and the ground are suggestive and 9 forbids matching on a name alone. The van der Merwes were on Tygerhoek from at least 1808, which makes a connection likely rather than proven.
