He was already suppressed by fail-closed (no death date, born after 1936, no pre-1936 attestation), but he is a named living person on the closing line of S008's subject and the flag should say so rather than the suppression being an accident of the rules. living=1 overrides everything except a recorded death date. Frans's brother; the seventh generation to carry the name Almero. NAMED NOWHERE IN THE PROSE - S008 refers to him by relationship only, and the leak tests enforce it.
