Salomon Terblans x Hester Mare hold Modder Fontyn with 8500 vines in 1823; in 1824 they are gone and Daniel Jacobus Erasmus, new to the ward, holds 10000 vines and an erfpacht place, written 'Moeras Fontyn' in 1825 and 'Modder Fontyn' in 1826. [SRC-638; SRC-641; SRC-642; SRC-648]
