WHAT IT BEARS ON HERE: (1) O. Olivier, Armoed, R.L.R. 18 p. 349 - the page the Armoed row (PAR-000338, SRC-669) lacked. (2) A Doringrivier at the Cango (Grobbelaar, 1760) and a Groot Doringrivier (Heyns, 1766) in the Kannaland, which makes Oudtshoorn No. 216, Klein Doorn Rivier, a serious second candidate for Pieter Cornelis Oosthuijsen's 'Kleine Doornrivier agter de Platte Kloof' of 1800 (PAR-000340, LEAD-0364). (3) A Rietfontein (Kammanassie) under G. Scheepers 1762-1784, a possible water for Jan Oosthuysen's 'Welbedagt aan die Rietfontein' of RLR 18 p. 19 (LEAD-0223). (4) The community the Oosthuizens married into on the prequel ground: a Strydom at Kruisrivier from 1759, a Botha at Schoongezigt from 1766, a Nortje at Rooiheuwel from 1769, the Scheepers on Rietfontein and Kruisrivier from 1762 - the surnames of MOOC8/49.20, 59.12, 25.20, 50.40 and 50.54. NO PERSON ROWS ARE MINTED ON THESE INITIALS: 9a's prequel rule gives a neighbour who stayed a thin row at most, and an initial and a surname is not an identity.
