TRANSCRIPTION: "The Diagram (a to k) represents the figure of the Loanplace de Wilgeboom, contg. 2943 Morgen & 450 Sqre. Roods with 3053 Morgen & 105 Sqre. Roods of adjt. govt. ground, being together 5996 Morgen & 555 Sqr. Roods, situated in the subdistrict Clan William District Worcester, fieldcornetcy of Under roggeveld. Extg. Nth. & N.Et. towds. the farm Keerom. N.Wt. towds. the farm Wilgeboom. S.Wt. towds. the farm Brakfontein. Et. Sth. & S.Et. towds. waste govt. ground. Surveyed by order of P.J.Truter Esqre. Civil Commr. for account of WILLEM STEENKAMP J.H.C.Son by, (Sgd.) J.M.Wentzel, Sn.Ld.Sr., Clan William. 12th March, 1834." Deduction table on the second sheet: Lot B, 1125 morgen. J. M. WENTZEL IS THE SAME SURVEYOR who measured Tygerhoek in 1823 and Lokenburg and Oude Muur in 1820. One man wrote down four of the farms in this record.
