[11 Aug 2026, SRC-377] HER SON'S BAPTISM GIVES HER A THIRD NAME: the 1833 register writes her ANNA MAGDALENA WILHELMINA LUBBE. Her own parents, Frans Jacobus LubbeM and Hester Johanna BurgerM, stood as witnesses at that font.

[11 Aug 2026, SRC-407] HER OWN DEATH NOTICE, AND IT HOLDS A MARRIAGE THIS RECORD DID NOT KNOW ABOUT. She was born at BIEDOUW in the Cederberg, daughter of Frans Jacobus LubbeM and Hester Johanna BurgerM as this model already had it, and she died on 29 DECEMBER 1860. The form enters her as "widow of the late Jacobus Adriaan van der MerweL, REMARRIED TO HENDRIK GEDEON BASSON" - so after his death in July 1855 she married again and had five more years. The second husband is not entered as a person here. Her age is given as 48, which puts her birth about 1812 against the 1815 this row held from the tree; the birth is now written 1812~ and neither figure is a birth record. The sheet is an AMENDED notice, which means something on it had already been got wrong once. [TO VERIFY]

These are working notes, not finished prose: they carry the reasoning, the corrections and the things still marked to verify. They are kept here so the page itself can read as what is known.
