Rondabel surveyed for him by C.L. Stretch, Aug 1833. Strydom is a family surname - Johanna Machteld Petronella StrydomM (1792-1860) married Cornelis Andries OosthuizenL and died at Middelwater. Connection [TO VERIFY].
29 Jul 2026 [SRC-073 + tree]: the Strydom connection is now established. Johanna Machteld Petronella StrydomM (PER-000138) is Frans's 4x-great-grandmother and died on Middelwater in 1860. How she relates to Johannes and David Jan StrydomM of Rondabel is still open.
