Research notes
The verso: the deduction table and a servitude note. Three portions cut off in 1877, 1882 and 1884, and a 47 m Eskom power-line servitude of 1990. 8: the endorsements are later than the 1831 face, so this row carries its own dates. It names no person. READ AND DELIBERATELY NOT RELEASED: leak_tests.py bounds the 11a escape to surveys before 1942, and the newest endorsement here is a 1990 servitude, so publish_ok=yes would pass the build and then fail the leak tests. The transcription on SRC-721 publishes; the sheet does not.
