What the form gives: SUSARA JOHANNA BOTHA, housewife, of Prins Albert; born 20.7.1892 at PRINS ALBERT, died 29.10.1973 at PRINS ALBERT; widow of PETRUS JACOBUS LE GRANGE BOTHA, predeceased; parents PIETER MARTHINUS OOSTHUIZEN and ALETTA ELIZABETH OOSTHUIZEN, both deceased; movable property, an estate exceeding R2,000; a will (a signature 'A.J. Botha, testatrise' shows on the sheet beneath). Two married daughters are named on the form; their names are held in the private note of this date and deliberately NOT here - both could be living, and source notes publish (the DOC-0296 lesson of this same morning). THE MODERN IDENTITY NUMBER ON THE FORM IS LIKEWISE NOT RECORDED. | THE PARENTS ARE ALREADY THIS MODEL'S UNI-000285: Pieter Marthinus Oosthuizen (PER-000846, GMGP-4RD, 1850~-1925) and Aletta Elizabeth LE GRANGE (PER-001538, 1859-1911) - the notice writes the mother under her married surname. AND THE HUSBAND'S NAME DECODES AGAINST IT: 'le Grange' inside PETRUS JACOBUS LE GRANGE BOTHA is the bride's mother's family name carried as a given name - the district's families naming across one another. | Her headstone was already in the caption index before she had a row: BOTHA S.J. 1892-1973, twice photographed, Prince Albert NG cemetery (CEM-013) - promoted to a graves row per 3's promotion rule the same day.
