THE SHEET NAMES THE FARM RIETFONTEIN, NOT MINNIES KRAAL. Title block: "Gedeelte 1 ... van die plaas Riet Fontein Nr 12, PRINCE ALBERT", and again below the figure: "GEDEELTE 1 van die plaas RIETFONTEIN". Opgemeet Mei 1958 deur D.J.J. van Rensburg, Landmeter; goedgekeur 18-10-1958. Skaal 1:50 000, stelsel Lo 23, sye in Kaapse voet. EXTENT AMENDED ON THE SHEET AND BOTH READINGS ARE KEPT: "2983 8079 morg" is struck through and "891 9588" written above it. Which is the corrected figure is not legible with confidence from this copy and it is not guessed here; the cadastre gives Portion 1 as 2,975.8 ha, which is about 3,475 morgen. [TO VERIFY] NEIGHBOURS ON THE FACE: "Restant van Lammers Kraal" (NW), "Restant" of the farm itself (N and E), "Restant van Spreeu Fontein" (W and S), "Klein Waterval" (SE), and the Grootrivier. SERVITUDE: "Let Wel:- Die bruin lyn wxyz stel die middel van 'n serwituutpad, 15 kaapse voet wyd, voor." BEACONS: a,c,d,g,h 3' ysterpaal in klipstapel; b,e,f 3/4"x18" ysterpen in klipstapel; j,k spoorstaafhoekdraadpaal in beton in klipstapel. ADMIN: "Hierdie kaart is geheg aan T/A 7577/1959".
