[FS 97VP-RD3] baptised Cape Town 16 Sep 1787 as Magdalena Susanna Swaanepoel, father Pieter Swaanepoel, mother Magdalena Gous (FS cites the baptism, digital folder 004434412 image 216); died Swellendam 11 Aug 1839; a baptism witness at Swellendam in 1822, 1826 and 1827. WHICH SWANEPOELS SHE BELONGS TO IS OPEN: her father Pieter SwanepoelL and mother Magdalena Gous are in neither the private tree nor this model, and no path to Pieter Johannes SwanepoelL of Vlakfontein (PER-000083, b. 1799) is established. If one exists, the Oosthuizen-Swanepoel tie has a consanguineous route a generation before the Venters (LEAD-0232). [TO VERIFY]
