Research notes
[FS G4KD-W83, SRC-343] Second wife of Daniel Jacobus VerweyH (PER-001607), married at PRINS ALBERT on 2 September 1895; nine children. SHE IS THE INFORMANT ON HIS 1915 DEATH NOTICE, signing B. M. W. Verweij and giving her qualification as the nearest blood relative present at the death. She outlived him by forty-eight years. This district's other Rossouws are the nine in the Prince Albert town cemetery who are related to each other and to nobody else here; no connection to them is claimed.
These are working notes, not finished prose: they carry the reasoning, the corrections and the things still marked to verify. They are kept here so the page itself can read as what is known.
