[5 Aug 2026 inbox] Portion 3 NIEUWE KRAAL, 961.3831 morgen, figure A B C D. Framed in terms of Section 39 of Act 9 of 1927 by R.J. Barry, Land Surveyor, July 1962, from a survey made by W.G. Tribelhorn in March 1962. Approved 20 Aug 1962. Bounded by Klaarstroom A, Venters Kloof, Oude Kraal, Annex Spits Kop and Tafel Berg. Beacons: 1" iron peg in 5' cairn at A; 3/4" iron pegs at B,C,E,F,G; a short 3/4" peg in a hole in a small cairn on sloping rock at D. THE SHEET STATES ITS OWN ANCESTRY: 'the original diagram is No. 348/1833 annexed to D/G Bf.W.Q. 5-6, Bf.W.L. 4A 329' - the Stretch diagram and quitrent folio the parent farm carries. File S.12396, S.R. No. E 619/62, noting sheet BL-3B. WITHHELD: 1962.
