{'text': 'TWO SHEETS, FOUR MONTHS APART, AND THEY DISAGREE ON THE HOUSE. 50.101b was written on the farm on 18 May 1792 and values the opstal of the loan place at Rd:s 50, somma Rd:s 730:5; 50.101a is the Weeskamer's taxation of 21 September 1792, which puts the opstal at Rd:s 133:16, the livestock at Rd:s 567:20 (95 cattle, 21 oxen, 347 sheep, one old horse) and the whole estate, goods and stock, at Rd:s 818 and the estate clear at Rd:s 543 after Rd:s 262 of arrear recognitiepenninge and Rd:s 13 to Ockert Olivier. Five children named with their ages: Anna Cicilia 16, Ockert Johannes 14, Marthinus Rudolph 10, Hester Hendrina 7, Willem Maartensz 3. The widow is Hester Cicilia OlivierM. NOTE the preamble of 50.101b names 'Jan Ooshuysen Jan zoon' as one of the three appraisers while the sheet is signed by Johannes Jacobus Oosthuysen; Johannes (PER-000739) died in 1782, so that line cannot be him. {'text': '[23 Sep 2026] THE Rd:s 818 IS THE WHOLE ESTATE, NOT THE LIVESTOCK. Recomputed from the sheet: the Weeskamer's goods sum to Rd:s 250:28 (its fractions are stuivers, 48 to the rixdollar; the farm sheet's are schellings, 8 to the rixdollar) and the stock to Rd:s 567:20, which is 818:0 exactly; less the Rd:s 275 of Lasten leaves the Rd:s 543 the clerk wrote. This note read the 818 as the livestock until today.
