The 'Jun:' is what LEAD-0232 could not read: he is the SON of Pieter Cornelis (PER-000242, b. 1767), Ockert's brother, not the brother himself. [FS LH2T-JRD] born 18 Feb 1788, Cape of Good Hope; married Magdalena Susanna SwanepoelH (PER-002085) at Swellendam in October 1807 - the same church and month as the root couple, UNI-000001; second wife Hester Catharina du Plessis (1789-1842, FS LZFG-G4M), not yet a row here; died 7 Dec 1842. [TREE] agrees on the dates. A nephew's son of the direct line on the prequel ground: a thin row, tied to the roll and to Buffelsvlei (RES-000054, OWN-000130).

On Buffelsvlei (aan de Groote Swarteberg, Swellendam district), Pieter Cornelis OosthuizenL (1788-1842) is the last owner recorded from ../1808, and the next entry is Johannes Jacobus OosthuizenM (b.1753) from 1828-01-27, 20 years later, with no person in common. DOC-0369 records the later arrival but not the 20 years before it.
What would settle it The Deeds Office transfer register for this farm between 1808 and 1828. A transfer names its predecessor in title, so one deed closes the whole gap.
Found by breaks.py reading the model against itself, not written by hand,
