The 1809 estate was taken before A.A. FAURE, LANDDROST OF SWELLENDAM (SRC-465), whose authority was territorial and did not reach Tulbagh or Clanwilliam, where Citrusdal lay. See LEAD-0220. The testimony is unchanged and is still the family's own answer. What changed is that the project no longer treats it as located.
