It has DE HOOP owned from 1692, WITTENBERG acquired later, the son Roelof running both 'having been left them, at a valuation of f. 3000 by testament dated 1739', and DE SAGTE VALLEIJ in the Land of Waveren managed by the son Gerrit, 'left it at a valuation of f. 1000 by a will of 1739'. That is a third independent voice on the three farms, after the inventory and Laura Mitchell. *** AND IT FLAGS A DATE THIS MODEL MAY HAVE READ WRONG. *** It gives him as '1673 - before 21 March 1740' and says the will was DATED 22 November 1739 and FILED 21 March 1740. This model holds 21 March 1740 as his DEATH date. A filing date is not a death date, and if this reading is right the model has the day the estate reached the Weeskamer rather than the day he died. NOTHING IS CHANGED: a compiled site does not overturn a held date on its own. LEAD-0387. It also names his mother ELSJE JACOBS CLOETEN where this model holds ADELHEIDIS 'ELSIE' KLAUTEN CLOETE (PER-001862), and his marriage as 'circa June 1696' where this model holds 26 February 1696. Both are recorded and neither is preferred.
