Transferred on deed 8820 of 15 November 1916 to CHRISTIAN H. VAN ZYL. TWO FAMILIES OF THIS PROJECT ON ONE SHEET. The grantee and transferee are VAN ZYL (STO-0018), and the western boundary is given as "Portion ZEEKOE GAT transferred to P.J. SWANEPOEL 30.7.1867" - a Swanepoel holding part of Zeekoegat from 1867, which this model does not record anywhere. Zeekoegat is PAR-000013, the farm F.S. Oosthuizen built his church on. Otherwise bounded NW and NE by Bontwater, S by Bulhouwer and Quaggas Poel, E by Quaggas Poel. Bayleys Trig Station stands on it.
